TFP – Time for Pictures (sometimes refereed to as Time For Prints) is a term that describes an arrangement between a model and a photographer, whereby the photographer agrees to provide the model with an agreed number of edited images from the session, in return for the model’s time.
If you’re an amateur model looking to build a portfolio or a working model who simply wants to update your portfolio. Then you will already know that updating your working portfolio on a regular basis can prove costly and having the option for TFP can be a lifeline to many.
I work with a small number of models each year (male & female) who I know professionally and work with on various TFP shoots when we are all free. I always choose interesting locations that will give an added element to your portfolio and tend to avoid the ‘boring’ and often ‘stale’ atmosphere of the studio.
If you’re just looking to update your Facebook profile picture then TFP is certainly not for you and you would be better suited to one of my other services. But if you’re an amateur or working model and would like to discuss the possibility of working on a TFP basis then initially use the contact page and send me any links you have to your online portfolios or albums, I will then contact you to discuss things further.
