A: Hay don’t worry, it is only natural to feel nervous when you step out of your comfort zone. That is why i pride myself on my lifestyle shoots and lifestyle studio which will mean you will be in a place that you feel comfortable and relaxed in rather than a stuffy studio.
A: You might be surprised to hear that winter skies can produce amazingly clear light, which in turn makes for stunning portraits. So don’t be put off booking your shoot during the colder months.
A: A typical photography shoot takes between one and two hours, it all just depends on your requirements for the shoot.
A: Well unless a client specifically asks, I don’t use traditional photography studios. Instead, I do what is known as lifestyle shoots. These can be done in the comfort of your own home or in any suitable outdoor or indoor location. This will give your portraits a relaxed and natural look, and work far better than stuffy studio shots.
A: Taking portraits in your own home, garden or other location of your choice is one of the best ways to get you and your family to be feel comfortable and the familiar surroundings add an emotional context to the session which will reflect in the photography.
A: I have a full portable lifestyle studio with lighting which can be set up virtually anywhere in around two minutes, including outdoors. The advantage of this is that you can get the studio look without having to drag yourself, your children or your family across town. This will mean you will all be perfectly relaxed and in the best frame of mind possible for your shoot.
A: The first 15 miles are free – that equates Leicester to Loughborough and covers most of Leicestershire everything else is negotiable and can be discussed prior to booking.
A: I always shoot in colour but can transform any image into any effect or style you want. This can be done when you have seen the proofs and decided on your final selection of photographs.
A: Well for s standard portrait shoot I charge £35.00 this includes three images of your choice which are fully edited and can be reprinted anywhere.
A: Yes of course you can, I currently charge £7.00 per additional digital image – But this is negotiable and rather like wholesale buying can get cheaper the more images you buy. Making me possibly the cheapest photographer in the United Kingdom.
