A Bit About Me
Danny O’Callaghan was born in Leicester and runs DMOC Photography. He has studied photography at both DeMontfort University and Leicester College and developed his photography skills through both academic training and on the job experience.
I class myself as a general practitioner in photography and I am always happy to undertake virtually any task set. But I particularly enjoy working with people and love shooting traditional portraiture, lifestyle portraiture and fashion or boudoir type shoots.
I have been lucky enough to enjoy growing up and living in one of the most ethnically diverse and culturally mixed communities in the UK. This multi-cultural lifestyle has had a huge influence on both my artistic and creative skills throughout my life and has aided me in developing an amazingly creative personality, being influenced by the colours, smells and tastes that such a large ethnically diverse city brings.
I have been actively engaged in and enjoying photography for over 10 years, preferring to be behind the lens rather than in front and I love the positive energy that a photographic session can bring and applies this positive ethos every time I pick up my camera.
